Short answer: yes, all of it. Longer answer: "all of it" needs defining, because ColourPop's own collection page is not as clean as it looks.

Eleven pieces, and every one is in stock

We pulled ColourPop's live Little Mermaid catalog directly from the brand's storefront. Twelve genuine Little Mermaid listings — the full collection plus eleven individual pieces — and every one is available to buy today. No sold-out badge, no "notify me," nothing.

The full collection runs $99.00. The individual pieces span $10.00 to $42.00:

That is twelve listings, one flat "in stock" story, and nothing to warn you about — which is, itself, unusual for a page on this site. Most of what we cover has a catch. This one mostly doesn't. Mostly.

The catch: three products on the page are not this collection

Load the collection page yourself and you will actually count fifteen products, not twelve. We checked what the other three were, because two of the names — Rock Sensation and Keeping It Real — did not sound like anything in a mermaid story.

They aren't. Pulling the underlying product data for both shows tags reading event:Hannah Montana 2026 and Hannah Montana — they are pieces from ColourPop's separate Hannah Montana collection, cross-listed onto the Little Mermaid collection page by mistake. A third product, a $10.00 Eevee Headband, is tagged event:Pokemon Evees Evolution 2026 — Eevee is a Pokémon character, nothing to do with Disney or this film at all.

This is not a typo we are guessing at. We pulled the tag data directly and all three carry another collection's event tag, not the Little Mermaid's. It is a small, honest bug on ColourPop's side — a shared "recommended items" feed that leaked the wrong products onto the wrong collection page — and we are noting it rather than quietly excluding it, because if you land on that page and count fifteen items, you should know why our count says twelve.

What the eleven individual pieces are

The collection was released through Disney's licensing deal and pulls its color story from the 1989 animated film rather than any particular adaptation — Disney's own page for the movie is the 1989 original, and nothing in ColourPop's product copy references a different version. Coverage at launch described the palette as built around Ariel's transformation, Ursula's drama, and the ocean itself: soft pastels against deep sea blues, with iridescent finishes running through most of the range.

Two products carry that iridescence in the formula, not just the packaging. Not A Guppy and the highlighter inside Jumping Jellyfish! are both multichrome — a finish that shifts color depending on the angle of light, which the collection ties to Flounder and Sebastian rather than to Ariel. It is the one place where the product format itself, not just the name, is doing the theming.

The accessories are the cheapest entry points and the most literal: a $12.00 mirror shaped like a shell, and the $10.00 Flounder hair clip, which is the least expensive genuine item in the whole range.

What ten dollars buys versus what forty-two does

The range splits cleanly into three tiers, and knowing which tier you are in tells you more than the product name does.

$10.00–$16.00 is the accessory-and-single-item tier: the Flounder hair clip, the shell mirror, single lip oils and lippie stix kits, and the standalone multichrome highlighter. These are the entry points — cheap enough to buy without deliberating, and none of them is a full look on its own.

$22.00–$30.00 is where the palettes start. Under the Sea at $22.00 is the only single-item eyeshadow palette in the range; So Mer-mazing at $30.00 pairs a smaller palette with the mirror, so you are paying roughly $8.00 for the compact case and convenience of the pairing over buying the two separately at their own prices.

$39.00 and up is where ColourPop bundles three items into one box — Mermaid Kisses is three lip oil kits for $39.00, Jumping Jellyfish! is a palette, highlighter and mirror for $42.00. Divide either by three and each component lands close to $13.00–$14.00, which is roughly what the standalone version of that item costs elsewhere in the range. The trios are not a discount so much as a decision-reducer: you are buying a set instead of choosing three times.

The full $99.00 collection includes one of everything above. Add up the eleven individual pieces at their list prices — $42.00, $39.00, $30.00, $22.00, $16.00, $16.00, $12.00, $12.00, $12.00, $12.00, $10.00 — and the total is $223.00. Buying the full set instead saves $124.00 against buying every piece separately, which is the standard bundle economics we see across ColourPop's licensed lines — the Lilo & Stitch set saves $7.00 against $102.00 of parts.

Where else it sells, and where it does not

ColourPop's own store carried the launch first — 26 March 2026 — and the collection reached additional retail four days later, on 2 April, including Amazon. We have not independently verified current Amazon stock for this specific range; retailer inventory is tracked separately from the brand's own, and a listing being live does not guarantee every individual item within it is still there. If you are buying at a retailer rather than colourpop.com, check that specific listing rather than assuming our table above applies to it.

We did not find this collection listed at Ulta, which is worth knowing since ColourPop's other licensed lines sometimes do carry there and sometimes don't with no obvious pattern to which is which — the Twilight collections are carried there, the Hannah Montana one is a colourpop.com exclusive.

What this collection is not

Nobody in the 1989 film, or any Little Mermaid adaptation, wore ColourPop cosmetics — the studio-licensed collection is a 2026 product built around the story's imagery, not a recreation of anything worn on screen. The multichrome finish is a modern cosmetic technology with no equivalent in a decades-old animated film; it is a design choice referencing the character, not evidence of anything.

We also have not tested how any of these eleven products perform on skin — whether the multichrome highlighters actually shift color the way the marketing copy describes, whether the lip oils are sticky, whether the shadow palette blends the way a $22.00 palette should. We checked that the products exist, what they cost, and whether they are currently buyable, sourced directly from the brand's own storefront data rather than from press copy alone. Formula quality is a separate question, one we have not answered here and will not guess at.
