Six brands made official White Lotus collections in 2025. In August 2026, not one of them is buyable — the pages are 404s, empty product feeds and "sold out" labels. Meanwhile the Bangkok silk house whose garments were actually worn on screen is still trading, still stocked, and ships worldwide with duties paid at checkout.
That inversion is the story. The licensed capsules were a marketing moment that has passed. The real clothes are still for sale, because they were never a capsule in the first place.
The collaborations, and their current state
All six are genuine — each confirmed by the brand's or parent company's own newsroom. All were Season 3 tie-ins, all launched in February and March 2025.

The H&M one deserves a note, because it is the only collaboration the show's own costume designer created. Alex Bovaird designed it herself, and told an interviewer plainly: "H&M saw the value of working with me directly." H&M's release quotes her: "Nothing's too much for The White Lotus! The collection incorporates the jungle, the show's bright iconic colours, and some gold and glitz."
A caution about the Homesick page. Its 404 still renders the words "Add to cart" and "Sold out." Those are template strings, not stock information. This is a trap we have hit repeatedly, and it is why a page saying "sold out" is not evidence a product ever existed there.
The one that is still real: Jim Thompson
Here is the find.
Jim Thompson, the Bangkok silk house founded in 1951, announced in April 2025 that its clothes appeared in Season 3. Chief executive Frank Cancelloni, on the record:
"Our presence in The White Lotus Season 3 marks an exciting moment for the brand, introducing our ready-to-wear, accessories and fabrics to a new generation of global tastemakers."
And on how it came about:
"Alex was looking for a brand that truly represented Thailand, and Jim Thompson's heritage and positioning aligned perfectly with her vision."
This was placement, not a capsule. There is no White Lotus collection on their site and never was — which is precisely why the clothes are still on sale a year later while every capsule has evaporated.
What was worn, and what we could and could not confirm
Reported on screen: a silk kimono kaftan dress on Victoria Ratliff, a silk scarf kaftan dress on Belinda, and an orange-and-white striped Mandarin-collar shirt on Fabian, the hotel manager.
We then checked those descriptions against Jim Thompson's live catalogue, and two current products carry those exact line names:

Both were listed to the store within weeks of the season airing. Prices are in Thai baht and include Thai VAT.
Now the honest part. The brand's announcement names no character, no episode and no garment. The catalogue match above is ours — the product-line names align with the reported descriptions and the timing fits, which is strong circumstantial evidence and not proof. That is why both are graded Brand only rather than Exact piece. Jim Thompson has confirmed that its clothes were in the show. Nobody has confirmed which dress.
If that distinction seems pedantic, consider that these are roughly $300 garments and the difference between "the dress from the show" and "a dress from the brand that was in the show" is the whole purchase.

One more claim worth chasing. Jim Thompson's release also states that its home furnishings division dressed the resort sets. If accurate, that is the only product identification anyone has for this season's interiors — see below for why that matters.
What Bovaird actually said, character by character
The costume designer is unusually forthcoming, and these are her own words rather than a spotter's guesses.
- Kate — "She got the Cartier Love bracelets."
- Jaclyn — "there's a giant Gucci hat", and "a head-to-toe Valentino moment."
- Timothy Ratliff — "he wears Tommy Bahama, but only in solid navy." That qualifier is doing an enormous amount of character work in nine words.
- Victoria Ratliff — "We sourced the scarf from Swaine — a British heritage brand — and then built a short narrative around it."
On her own taste she is equally direct: "I'm always drawn to British brands — I'm from England myself… We excel at a little wild and eccentric, creative styling." She names Bella Freud, Orlebar Brown, Alexander McQueen and Annie's Ibiza as favourites.
She also built 34 distinct hotel staff uniforms for the season, which is the kind of number that explains why the resort feels like a real institution.
A note on the character-brand lists circulating elsewhere. You will find long tables pinning specific labels to every character — Zimmermann on Piper, Johanna Ortiz on Laurie, Jacquemus on Chloe and so on. Those come from fashion-press identification, not from Bovaird, and we have not repeated them here as attributions. They may well be right. They are simply a different grade of evidence from the four quotes above.
The interiors are a dead end, and we checked twice
Production designer Cristina Onori gives good interviews and names no brands at all. Not a maker, not a shop, not an artisan. She talks in materials — local teak, rosewood furniture, mango wood frames and screens — and cites Blade Runner and Italian comedy as visual references.
So if you loved a room in this season, there is no shopping list, and anyone offering you one has invented it. The single exception is Jim Thompson's own claim about the resort sets, which is a brand statement rather than a designer's.
One correction while we are here: the spa scenes were not shot at the resort that plays the hotel. They were filmed at a different Phuket property. If you are planning a trip around it, that matters.
What we would do
- Buy from Jim Thompson if you want something real, understanding that you are buying from the brand that was on screen rather than a confirmed screen piece. The kaftans are around THB 10,500–12,900 and ship duty-paid.
- A Cartier Love bracelet or a Swaine scarf are the two items the designer named precisely. Both brands trade; neither piece is a limited edition.
- Solid navy Tommy Bahama, if the joke appeals. It is genuinely what the character wears and it costs almost nothing.
- Do not chase the 2025 capsules. They are gone, and resale listings for them are priced on nostalgia.
FAQ
Can I still buy the White Lotus H&M collection? Almost certainly not. It launched in February 2025 and is widely reported sold out. We could not verify directly because H&M's site blocks automated checks — but the other five collaborations are all confirmed dead, and the H&M capsule was a limited drop.
What about the Away luggage or the Supergoop set? Both gone. Away's collection page is now retrospective and marked sold out; Supergoop's product page returns a 404 and its collection feed is empty.
