Bandai makes four official Nichirin sword replicas — roughly 1:1 at about 880mm, ABS and die-cast, with recorded music and character lines. Two of the four are region-locked to Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore, and cannot be bought in the West through official channels.
There is also no Zenitsu sword, and "Hinokami Kagura" is not a product — it is a breathing technique. Both are widely listed as if they exist.
The four swords
All from Bandai Spirits' PROPLICA line, on the official Tamashii site:
| Sword | Price | Released |
|---|---|---|
| Nichirin Sword — Tanjiro Kamado | ¥7,700 | February 2021 |
| Nichirin Sword — Giyu Tomioka | ¥18,700 | January 2025 |
| Nichirin Sword — Kyojuro Rengoku's Sword Guard ver. | ¥19,800 | July 2025 |
| Nichirin Sword — Shinobu Kocho | ¥22,000 | June 2026 |
Specifications are consistent across the line: approximately 880mm total length, ABS and die-cast construction, age 15+, stand and manual included, and sound playback of anime music and recorded character lines — the 2021 Tanjiro carries over fifty. Two AAA batteries, sold separately.
The 2021 Tanjiro at ¥7,700 is the value here by a wide margin — roughly a third of the later releases for the same core object.
Two of them you cannot buy
The Giyu Tomioka and Shinobu Kocho swords are Tamashii Web Shop exclusives, and their listings name the regions: Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore. That is the whole distribution.
There is no official Western route to either. Not through Premium Bandai USA, not through a European distributor. If you are in the US, UK, Canada or Australia and you want Giyu's sword, the official answer is that it is not sold to you.
And this is not a Demon Slayer quirk — it is how the whole line works. Tamashii Nations runs official online shops in the US, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore only. Europe is served by local distributors with no official web store at all. Premium Bandai Japan blocks overseas browsers outright, redirecting to a gateway that lists Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, the USA, Australia and New Zealand — and no European country.
Three things that do not exist
Worth stating plainly, because all three are widely listed.
There is no Zenitsu Agatsuma PROPLICA sword. Zenitsu exists in the S.H.Figuarts action-figure line. There is no sword replica.
There is no Nezuko PROPLICA.
"Hinokami Kagura" is not a product. It is Tanjiro's Sun Breathing technique, and separately the subtitle of a video game. It appears on no PROPLICA page. If a listing offers you a "Hinokami Kagura sword," it is not describing anything Bandai makes.
What you can actually buy in the West
Premium Bandai USA is the workable route, with eleven items in stock at the time of checking — all of them US-shipping:
| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| Demon Slayer Style Doll — Nezuko / Shinobu / Mitsuri / Kanao | $30.00 each |
| Tamagotchi — Tanjirotchi & Nezukotchi set | $36.00 |
| S.H.Figuarts Tanjiro Kamado, The Final Battle in the Infinity Castle | $70.00 |
| S.H.Figuarts Nezuko Kamado | $75.00 |
| PROPLICA Nichirin Sword — Tanjiro Kamado | $80.00 |
| S.H.Figuarts Kyojuro Rengoku | $80.00 |
| S.H.Figuarts Zenitsu Agatsuma | $90.00 |
| nanoblock Character Collection bundle | $120.00 |
The Infinity Castle Tanjiro at $70 is the strongest buy if you want something tied to the recent film rather than the series generally.
One caveat that will confuse you. The collection listing loads fine, but individual product pages return "page not available" to automated checks — that is a bot block, not a stock problem. Open the deep links in an ordinary browser before assuming an item has gone.
The Crunchyroll Store is the other Western option, with Funko, figures and apparel. Free US shipping over $75, and a regional delivery selector implying non-US storefronts. One claim we will not repeat: a search result suggested the store is restricted to higher subscription tiers. The page itself showed no such gate, so we are not passing that on.
What ¥7,700 actually gets you versus ¥18,700
The price gap between the 2021 Tanjiro and the later swords is large enough to need explaining, because the specifications look almost identical on paper.
Both are about 880mm. Both are ABS and die-cast. Both take two AAA batteries and play recorded audio. On the numbers, the 2021 release is the same object for a third of the money.
Where the later ones differ is in the parts count and the finish: the Rengoku sword guard version is a more complex assembly, and the Giyu and Shinobu blades carry the distinctive colouring and guard shapes their characters are known for, which means more separately moulded and painted components. The 2021 Tanjiro is the plainest of the four by design — it is the sword before anything happens to it.
The practical read: if you want a Nichirin blade on a wall, the ¥7,700 one is the sensible purchase and the one you can actually get in the West at $80. If you want a specific Hashira's sword, you are paying two to three times as much and, for two of them, you cannot buy it at all.
One thing to check before ordering any of them. At 880mm this is not a desk ornament — it is most of a metre. The stand is included, but the wall or shelf is not, and the listings are easy to skim past on that point.
The collaborations, and which are dead
Uniqlo UT — real, and completely sold through. The collection page for the recent film run persists but the adult product grid is empty. One confirmed SKU, an Akaza tee, sat at $1.90 clearance and out of stock in every size from XXS to 3XL. An earlier 2021 run at $19.90 is equally gone.
adidas Rivalry Low — real, three colourways named for Tanjiro, Rengoku and Tengen, sold exclusively through two US sneaker retailers. The retailer's model page now reads "no longer available." Resale only.
Kura Sushi USA — a genuine, well-documented US promotion that ran 22 August to 9 October 2025, with a $20 bottle and three spend-threshold giveaways. Expired.
And one that does not exist: there is no official Casio G-Shock collaboration. We checked Casio's own collaborations page, which lists over thirty partners — Coca-Cola, Stranger Things, Evangelion, Super Mario, League of Legends and more. Occurrences of "Demon Slayer": zero. Anything you see is aftermarket custom work on a modified watch.
A second watch to treat carefully: a Garrack "S-MEISTER" line with Kanazawa gold leaf and Japanese automatic movements appears only on reseller sites. We could not reach the maker's own site. Do not treat it as confirmed.
Honest note on whether this suits the site
This franchise is a slightly awkward fit for object identification, and it is worth saying why.
Demon Slayer is set in Taisho-era Japan. There are essentially no real consumer products on screen to identify. Every item above is promotional merchandise sold alongside the story, not a product appearing inside it. That is a different question from the one we usually answer.
Where it does work is the reverse direction: the Nichirin blade is a fictional object with a genuine, buyable, officially licensed replica — and the honest information about which versions ship where is not published anywhere else we could find.
If you came looking for something that appears in the anime rather than beside it, the better questions are the hanafuda earrings, the bamboo muzzle, and the checkered haori. We have not sourced those and are not going to pretend otherwise.
FAQ
Is there an official Nichirin sword replica? Yes — four, from Bandai Spirits' PROPLICA line. Roughly 880mm, ABS and die-cast, with recorded music and character lines. Tanjiro's is ¥7,700; the others run ¥18,700 to ¥22,000.
Can I buy Giyu Tomioka's sword outside Asia? No. It and the Shinobu Kocho sword are Tamashii Web Shop exclusives listed for Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore only.
Is there a Zenitsu sword? No. Zenitsu exists as an S.H.Figuarts action figure at $90. No sword replica of his has been made.
What about a "Hinokami Kagura" sword? It does not exist. Hinokami Kagura is Tanjiro's breathing technique and a video game subtitle, not a product.
What is the best option for a US buyer? Premium Bandai USA. The Tanjiro PROPLICA sword is $80 and the Infinity Castle S.H.Figuarts Tanjiro is $70, both in stock.
Why do the product pages look broken? Premium Bandai's individual product pages block automated access, so they appear unavailable to checking tools while the listing works. Open them in a normal browser.
Is there a Casio G-Shock Demon Slayer watch? No. Casio's own collaborations page lists more than thirty partners and Demon Slayer is not among them. Anything you find is aftermarket custom work.
Can Europeans buy any of this officially? Not online. Tamashii Nations runs shops in the US, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore; Premium Bandai Japan blocks overseas browsers and its regional gateway lists no European country.
