Nike is selling the AFC Richmond home kit again. The 2026 jersey is $100 in men's, women's and kids' cuts, in stock on Nike.com as of 9 August 2026 — alongside a $50 scarf, a $32 cap, $80 hoodies and $35 tees. Almost every guide you will find still says the kit is sold out and resale-only. That was true in July. It is not true now.
Here is what Nike actually makes, what it has never made, and how to tell an official shirt from the fan versions that dominate search results.
What is actually on sale
Read live from Nike's AFC Richmond page on 9 August 2026. Prices move; the style codes do not.
| Item | Price | Style code |
|---|---|---|
| 2026 Stadium Home jersey — men's | $100 | IU1275-466 |

| 2026 Stadium Home jersey — big kids' | $90 | IU1279-466 |
| Club fleece hoodie, red | $80 | M31233P044AFCR-RED |
| Fleece pullover hoodie, royal | $80 | M31777P043AFCR-RYL |
| T-shirt, red | $35 | M11332P044AFCR-RED |
| Club cap | $32 | C16134C337AFCR-RED |
| Scarf | $50 | A26937C977AFCR-RED |
The 2026 shirt is a blue-and-red half-and-half split divided by a thin yellow line, with an all-over stylised fleur-de-lis drawn from the borough's coat of arms.
One line in Nike's own product copy is worth reading twice, because it is the only official acknowledgement of the Season 4 storyline you will find on a retail page:
"New season, new kit for the Greyhounds. Designed for both squads at AFC Richmond, the 2026 home jersey features details pulled from the borough's illustrious coat of arms."
— Nike, 2026 Stadium Home jersey product page
Both squads. Apple's own Season 4 synopsis has Ted "coaching a second division women's football team" — and the kit is shared. That is also why the women's cut exists as a proper separate product rather than a resized men's shirt.
What Nike has never sold
This is the part that trips people up, and it is the single most useful thing on this page.
Only the home kit has ever been sold at retail. Ever. The away kit and the third kit were made for filming and were never offered commercially — not in 2023, not now. Neither was the training kit.
So if you see a listing for an "official Nike AFC Richmond away shirt" or "third kit," it is not official. There is no version of that product to be authentic.
Retail shirts are not screen shirts
Worth knowing before you spend $100 expecting an exact match. The shirts worn on screen carry embroidered club badges and league badging applied by the costume department after Nike supplied the blanks. Costume designer Jacky Levy described the process:
"We came up with the color schemes that we wanted, and they provided the kits for us in collaboration. Although we had to get all the embroidered badges put on afterwards and all the printing done on the backs and so on."
Levy also gave the origin of the colours, which is a nice piece of trivia: the red and blue came from Crystal Palace, "just because we used the stadium quite a bit to film."
Nike only started supplying kits in Season 3 — Levy told Gold Derby the collaboration covered "a new training kit... a new home kit, a new away kit and halfway through we needed a new third kit as well." In Seasons 1 and 2 the on-screen manufacturer was a fictional brand, Verani Sports, and the production deliberately kept one kit across both seasons for continuity.
How to spot a fake
The market is full of unofficial shirts, and they rank well in search. Four checks:
- Check the style code. Official Nike garments carry it on the inner wash tag, and Nike publishes it. 2026 men's home is IU1275-466, women's IU1277-466, big kids' IU1279-466. The 2023 home was FD2361-449. No code, or a code that does not match, means it is not from Nike.
- Home only. Any "away" or "third" kit offered as official is not.
- Read the listing carefully. Unlicensed sellers often say so themselves — one site we found lists its AFC Richmond shirt plainly as a "Fan Version."
- Buy from a confirmed channel. There are two: Nike.com, and WB Shop, which is licensed through Warner Bros. Discovery and carries the BELIEVE range, customisable jerseys and homeware.
Sites we found selling unofficial AFC Richmond shirts while researching this piece — and which other blogs link to as though they were official — include thenewkits.com, fanwagn.com, rapidofy.com and moodswingvintage.com. None are Nike.
One myth to retire: there is no Apple TV merchandise store selling kits. Apple planned to sell the Nike range through its own retail channel in 2023 and then pulled it; a limited quantity surfaced only at the Apple Park Visitor Center.
Should you buy the 2023 shirt instead?
Probably not, and this is where the resale market is more interesting than it looks.
The 2023 home jersey (FD2361-449) is widely listed on eBay at roughly $50–$90, much of it new with tags. That is at or below its original $105 retail. A four-year-old TV football shirt has not become a collectible, and now that Nike has put a new one on the shelf at $100, the old one has no scarcity story to tell.
(Asking prices observed 9 August 2026, not completed sales — eBay and StockX both block automated access to sold data, so treat this as a range, not a valuation.)
The genuinely rare AFC Richmond items are the ones Nike never sold: screen-used away and third kits. Those exist in small numbers and occasionally surface through costume auctions. They are a different market entirely.
If $100 is more than you want to spend
The honest answer is that there is no cheaper official route — Nike is the only source, and the collection has no sale history to wait for. But you have options:
- The scarf, at $50, is the piece that actually reads as AFC Richmond at a glance, and it works with a coat in a way a football shirt does not.
- The cap, at $32, is the cheapest official item with the crest.
- The BELIEVE range at WB Shop is licensed, generally $25–$70, and is arguably more recognisable to other fans of the show than the kit is.
- Wait for the kids' cut if you are small — it is $90 and the same shirt.
What we would not do is buy a fan-version replica to save $40. The stitching and badge quality on unofficial shirts is the first thing that gives them away, and you lose any returns protection.
FAQ
Can you actually buy the AFC Richmond kit? Yes. The 2026 home jersey is on Nike.com now at $100 in men's, women's and big kids' cuts. Older guides saying it is sold out are out of date — Nike relaunched the collection at the start of August 2026.
Is there a women's AFC Richmond jersey? Yes, style code IU1277-466, $100, the same price as the men's. Nike's own copy says the kit was designed for both the men's and women's squads, which lines up with Season 4's women's-team storyline.
Why can't I buy the away kit? Because Nike has never sold it. The away and third kits were produced for filming only, in both 2023 and 2026. Any retail listing claiming to be an official away kit is not.
Is the shirt on Nike.com the same as the one on screen? Close, but not identical. Screen kits had embroidered club badges and league badging added by the costume department after Nike supplied them. The retail shirt does not carry that badging.
Who sponsors AFC Richmond's shirt? The fictional airline Dubai Air in Seasons 1 and 2, then the dating app Bantr from late Season 2 through Season 3. We have seen an unverified name circulating for Season 4 and are not publishing it until a primary source confirms it.
Where is it safe to buy? Nike.com and WB Shop are the two channels we can confirm are licensed, plus authorised football retailers. Everything else we found selling AFC Richmond shirts was unofficial.
Did Nike make the kits from the start? No. Nike came on board in Season 3. Seasons 1 and 2 used a fictional brand, Verani Sports, and kept the same kit across both for continuity.
